Aramark Refreshments

USELESS... Can't think of a better description. Months to fix or replace broken equipment. Multiple calls to get issues resolved (if ever)... When you have employees bring in coffee makers from home just to have coffee in the morning, your can understand how bad Aramark is. Not ever sure useless covers it since while the units don't work they continue to deliver supplies and bill. GREAT we have a years worth of coffee supplies and no way to use them. Either incredibly stupid or borderline criminal.. you decide!! Over the years we have had a number of coffee services, Anamark is by far the WORST!!!!!

Do not trust this vendor. They will screw you on price and service (or lack of it)... They do not care about their customers and if you expect old school (full service) coffee delivery you will get doubly screwed. Don't trust then and definately do not let them keep track of coffee service stock. YOU WILL GET BURNED!!!!

I was really excited to work with them at first but I found out early on they are not very organized! Once Covid hit it's been a trainwreck since......
